Turbo Tax is scamming for more money

I was stuck on a loop for the final stage of filing. Steps 1-3 of selecting to pay by card or refund, selecting your bank account, and filing. Step 1 would move to 2, but finishing 2 would move to 1. This lasted two days, with having to research the problem with no help on the matter. Eventually, I got the bright idea to upgrade to Max on step 1, which added more money for me to have to pay. It unlocked Step 2 to go to step 3. Why would it not allow me to file my taxes until I purchased a higher program?? After I got to step 3, I revisited step 1 and took off Max, which allowed step 3 to still be open to file. So if anyone else is experiencing a loop like this, this is the only way I could fix it.

TurboTax charges for Direct Deposit

Everything was great and easy to do, but they now charge $35.00 to direct deposit into your bank account.I did not like this at all. I have been using turbotax for 23 years, and never had to pay for direct deposit.

Irresponsible use of AI

Stop using AI irresponsibly. My middle initial didn't rollover and I noticed when reviewing the PDF before filing. When I went to add my middle initial, the program changed my filing status to Single and completely removed my Wife's information which I had to reenter. Additionally, was asked about Crypto and Foreign Bank Accounts three separate times. Made a simple 15-minute tax return take an hour longer than required.
