Overcharged for Federal part

I was overcharged once again for the Federal part. I will be reaching out requesting a refund for half of the federal as it should not be more than $39.

Easy to use, Not liking the add on being spammed all the time. Also dont appreciate being told i have to upgrade to premium to file. Need to be more transparent.
