Turbo Tax is useful.

It's very organized but I wish it would let me know what form and line entry each question is for. I spent hours trying to determine which answer from a dropdown menu to select. I called for help and the person, after doing research, said I would have to upgrade to talk to someone else. I did more research and found that the question applied to Form 8949 Part II but the Form had no place to enter the information that Turbo Tax asked for. It wasted my time.

Somewhat easy to do on your own, i been doing TurboTax for over five years. Prices seems to go up.
