The only thing I dont like about TurboTax is that they tend to add extra fees that look like they are required but they are not. Example at the refund state there are initially 2 options presented either a free "Chime" debit card or a $40 upcharge for the expedited federal filing to your existing bank account. Click no and you have the standard refund options that have always been there.
Also if you pick the wrong product at the onset there is no way to downgrade the product to the one that will fit your needs. but they have been sued in the past for this practice. It is not that much of an issue for me as of this year I had some left over procedural junk from last year and closing my business. However if they do that next year when all I have is standard 1040 with standard deductions. But that is for next year to worry about.
