I have used this software for a number of years after my tax preparer botched my filing and IRS required an amended return. The questions can get confusing, but they offer sidebar commentary that will break down the question if you get stuck. Of course you can always use the Live Agent Chat but I haven't (yet) had to use this feature. I don't have rental properties, or employment outside the US that could possibly complicate matters for others who do. I am just your basic tax payer.
