Worst ever version. Will use something else 2026

I've used turbotax for many, many years and this was by far the worst experience i've ever had. This version is NOT user friendly. We only have Social Security income and use these forms for loans etc. I got lost several time, read each direction and followed the instructions.

Great, but takes 5x longer than it says it will take. :) I use TT every year and will continue to do so. They make is easy!

Was a little intimidated at first but Turbo Tax made the process very easy. I love how thorough it is and it checks every thing to make sure you don't miss anything. I'm also glad it's compatible with my computer system and that they have an option for you to request extra support if you need it.
