I use TurboTax every year. It is so easy to understand. It has always been accurate and the compatibility with all of my devices is so helpful. I love how it calculates as you go so you can weigh your options. All of the support articles are always accurate and help move things along so smooth.

TurboTax is wildly overpriced and intentionally confusing especially for low income filers with simple returns I filed my own taxes with no professional help no complex income no multiple businesses yet was charged 192+ with fees only revealed at the very end the platform constantly interrupts with upsells

this is fast and easy for people with standard deductions but since when do you charge so much. i did all the work and you just efile. getting a little ridiculous, i will be checking for other options for the coming years
