this is fast and easy for people with standard deductions but since when do you charge so much. i did all the work and you just efile. getting a little ridiculous, i will be checking for other options for the coming years

I have been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years now and have never had an issue of any kind. Super fast and efficient, makes filing my taxes so fast and easy. I recommend Turbo Tax if you're looking for a painless yet accurate way to file your taxes!!

Its user friendly platform makes navigation a breeze. The app says you can only use it for free if you didn't the year before and instead of telling me that there are no mistakes, it should tell me what forms i need and links to those forms. I cant figure out why it wont upload my pdf but it will let me upload a jpeg, problem is that how do you turn a pdf into a jpeg.

Mad at turbotax for the 2025 tax year setup

I used to love turbotax. I used it for so many years. This time it has changed, it was hard to navigate, they changed it to where it took me way longer than ever. I was getting frustrated. It just wasn't as east as I was used to. Sad day :(
