Turbo Tax So-So!

The program has changed over the years. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and every year it seems to get less and less options to select and told more of here is what you qualify for. Prime Example, this year you offer 5 days earlier option but don't tell til the end $25 fee for this. but then i went back to change from 5 day earlier and could not find the option so i would not be charged $25. I am on a fixed income and $25 dollars can help with my prescription co-pays.

I have been using turbo tax for 8 or 9 years and I have never had a single issue! I cross reference other tax sights to ensure I'm getting the most out of my refund and I always am. It's the cheapest. I LOVE that you can get an advance on your refund if you bank with credit karma. The website is easy. They walk you through everything and you have the option to get assistance as well if you need it.
