The fees are a bit high, it seems like I pay more every year. I love the that the app saves your information to come back at a later date. I love the easy usage and breakdown of everything. Very convenient and reliable.

Turbo Tax does have some flaws

I've used Turbo Tax for many years now. always fairly easy to use. this year though it said I didn't file with Turbo Tax last year which I did so had to figure out that part and was successful in doing and e-filed for this year.

It's super simple to get through. I had never done it myself before until now. And it was very easy. Definitely would recommend to do it yourself. Plus it was free too.
