Been using Turbo Tax for many years. We do not have complicated tax returns, so Turbo Tax is very easy to use.

Forcing Product Purchase at Checkout

Had to buy an extra product just to check out even though I did not need or want the extra product. Very unhappy about that. This is the first year I have had to do that.

Online Turbo Tax isn't as good as the DOWNLOAD

You get a 3 star this year. I only have a W2 and you keep asking to upgrade or do another service which I don't need. You also say I am not efile eligible for either Federal or State this year and I know I efiled my Federal taxes last year. Your system online is crap compared to the DOWNLOAD version. I can't see updates online at the top like the DOWNLOAD version. Bring back the download version.

Turbo Tax

Still great software for quick and easy tax preparation. But the pushes to sign up for 'Max' are really annoying - the whole point of TurboTax is that it helps you file without needing to hire others (professionals).
