I have been using Turbo Tax for several years now and have not had any issues at all. The process is user-friendly and thorough. Everything is explained in step-by-step instructions. Great value!

Been using for a few years now which makes filing easy with having previous years records already listed

You charged me for state filing when I was unable to complete CT filing due to unavailable documents. If I wasn't a poor and invisible human and actually had the resources to pursue help to get the fee waived I would do that, but a human won't even read this review so it doesn't matter and i don't matter. Thanks for stealing my money and wasting my time.
