Great service overall, easy streamlined process. Found tax credits I would've otherwise not known about. Easily integrated with other websites/apps. Easy to understand explanations, although some could have been a little bit more clear, particularly when determining the difference between child tax credit and dependent care credit. Also auto filled all of my personal information correctly and cleanly, I didn't have to wait very much at all.

I have used TurboTax to file my taxes myself for over 10 years and I ALWAYS have good results, TurboTax makes it easy to file, easy to access past and present tax information. LOVE it and highly recommend it.

Make it Cheaper for Vets

The interface was very easy to use. I'm not active duty anymore so paying for it hurts, maybe implement 50% for Vets.
