Not happy with additional filing fees.

This will be my last year using this program. Filing fees go up all the time and a processing fee isn't disclosed up front. It doesn't make since to pay more after using the program for years and someone using it for the first time pays nothing.

Free Not Free!

I think that turbo tax is great but I am not happy that new customers get their taxes done for free and loyal customers that have done their taxes previously on turbo tax do not get it for free
