Always a great experience!

I've been using Turbo Tax for about 20yrs now bc of it's speed, accuracy, and "no hassle" approach. It's not time consuming and it's very convenient to have the previous year stored so I don't have to go back and look for anything. I always receive my maximum with TT. I'll never use another tax service!

Turbo Tax can be shady

I have had to to change my email address because in 2023 2024. Turbo Tax allowede fraudlent returns from my original account. These were Hispanic returns and I notified Turbo Tthat ax and NOTHING was done. I did not want to use Turbo Tax again, but i feel changing my username and password will help the situation. This situation caused much stress and anxiety as Turbo Tax justifies the ignored the fraud. If anything I should get a free service as my account was hacked and TT and Intuit did nothing but let my identity flourish in the Hackers world of false filings.

kinda sad that you get charged 99$ and you get charged 40$ just to use these services I miss when you could file free or when it was 50$ ands no fee for paying for your return with your federal taxes.. sucks time to find a new way to file I guess.
