I've used this product for several years. They charge too much for the service. I never have to fill out a state return, but yet I get asked every time. If I don't want to claim something, it still makes me fill out a form. and the offer to pull their fee out of your return instead of paying by card adds an extra $40 to their fee, which I find predatory.

Forced to pay for premium even though all I have is a W2 and some carry over capital gains.
Then to top it off, I have to pay another $40 just to file state and federal together and not have to mail forms myself.
