Product would not let me view my stuff I had to call them 3 days in a row cause my taxes didn't file but according to the it did.... if it did then why did I have to resign and submit again

Surprise fees but got the job done.

Surprise fees at the end. My sister got to file hers for free and ours was simple like hers. I don't think I will use them next year. It was $217 and I think I could get them done cheaper through an in person preparer.
