Too expensive

Easy to use. However; over the years, the cost has become absolutely insane. They also don't allow or don't suggest itemizing deductions which they have in the past. I may use someone in person instead next year.

Pretty Good Except the one bug

Everything was great and smooth until it got to the part asking for driver’s license input, it kept saying invalid information and I just ended having to skip it because it wouldn’t work.
