Love TurboTax but Beware of Upgrade Popups

I have filed with TurboTax since I got my first job in high school. The layout has always been easy to use and I have never had issues with filing my taxes with them. It is set up in a very easy to use way with multiple areas of free support through their helpful 'more information' buttons to help me understand the different tax breaks and questions. It is easy to upload documents or even take pictures to use those for documentation purposes. They have added more fees over the years, however, I do think they are still the easiest to use and cheapest for filing taxes (they are cheaper than going to a tax filing business). The only thing I would say I dislike is the regular pop ups asking me to upgrade. Once in the beginning is okay, but not multiple times throughout in a way that, if not paying attention, you may accidently click.

Outrageously expensive

The cost is extremely high. 200 dollars for simple federal form is expensive. I won't be using turbo tax next year. I will do it myself the old fashioned way on paper for free.

First time using turbo tax! Very satisfied!

It was very easy to get through it all on my own. It had little help options to explain the sections as well which was very helpful.
