Turbo Tax are basically theives

Very convenient but the nickel and diming on every single thing is awful. You see the money you are getting back but then it all just dwindles away as all the fees add up to just to do your taxes. We can't win even if we try. Might start learning to do them on paper myself and mailing them in. Its not difficult, but this app basically steals your money and hides behind all the nice convenience features, You are theives Turbo Tax!!!

Intuit, an unnecessary burden

Intuit is a vile, evil company. im getting 300 ish back and they deign to steal almost half of it in fees.
The process is bloated with unnecessary animated wait screens and the questions asked are superfluous.
Despite them having all my information i still had to spend my time confirming and proving my identity several times, so at least its mildly secure; although with the right tricks ANYONE could get in and divert one or many peoples refunds.
truly a dystopian control measure, borne of corruption and greed.
