Turbo Tax is a necessary Evil

upselling at every turn, no way to return to a sub window if you entered the wrong information (in some cases). You basically have to just live with incorrectness if you find the error. The 'we're working on your return' loading infographics are infantilizing. I would not be surprised if processing times were artificially elongated to make it seem like you were doing more.

Simple Product

Software is very simple to use and follow. The prices seem way more expensive than others and especially since Free Tax USA allows you to file for free federal taxes and you only have to pay for state, I think prices should be lower at the start of the season and get more offerings for assistance whether than price hike when adding tax pro..
