Shouldn't charge seniors so much to do our taxes

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. It is easy to use, and I feel I always get the largest refund possible. My only complaint is the high cost of tax preparation. My adjusted gross income is way down on the poverty level, yet you charge me almost $200 to do my taxes. Shame on you!!!

Makes life easy, but somehow still expensive

Makes this a lot easier than anything else I've tried, my only complaint is how much money they charge just to get my money sent out to me. Also they some how snuck in their premium package even though I was just trying to do the free method and get my money, so I ended up paying them a little over 125 bucks just to file my taxes....I guess its still cheaper than paying someone else to do it for me
