I use Turbo Tax every year to file my taxes. The tools are easy to use and my return is processed quickly and deposited into my bank account. No complaints

Confusing At Times

We did it ourselves and it was confusing at times. We have used TurboTax for several years and last year it seemed easier. Not sure about using it next year. It seems like you're trying to force the use of one of your online advisors for an additional cost.

Forcing customers to pay for premium is not cool

First you can deny premium. But only for it to be added at the end with no way to remove it. Thats lying. I'm sure that no one appreciates the dishonesty.
