I have the product review 4 stars because it says free but it's not. There's processing fees if you don't pay with debit/credit card when finalizing your tax refund but on the contrary, they are the easiest, most convenient and cheapest online tax prep program. You don't have to worry about the hassle of going into an office . I use them every year for the last 4 years...

easy to use and understand step by step. I just wished the advanced was matched with the amount of my refund. in other words my refund was way more than enough to be approved for the full advance
