I have been using this app for years. I have yet to have any problems. the ease of use is what attracted me to this app. I foresee myself using this for the foreseeable future.

One of my sources of retirement income is my federal pension for which no RMD is required. The software kept taking me back to resolve this issue, which should have not be considered in the first place. I almost had to print the return and mail it in. Finally, I just checked a box that I was not sure of, just to get the return filed electronically. Otherwise, I found the software very good just like every year I have used it.

i am grateful that it was so easy to file this year even though i was told i was filing free and ended up paying almost $200 to file.

overpriced

charging 99 for base service is a little ridiculous when I did everything myself and then charging another state fee as well as a 40 fee to have the balance taken out of my taxes is crazy will not be using this platform next year.

Tax preparation is always a cinch, is accepted and processed quickly. I also feel secure with MAX representation, etc that TurboTax offers.
