DIDN"T TELL ME HOW MUCH I OWED

I spent 4 hours on this twice as long as it said, I opted in to the selling of my information just to make it smother, it implied free then when I finished charged 330 more dollars.

Turbo Tax needs to be more user friendly

Turbo Tax Online is not really "user friendly" but it's pretty good. Accuracy is very good, I didn't need support, so that was good! I'm guessing I'll need to use it for the current year as well to really get the feel of it..
Pros: My employment status changed this year

TURBOTAX WAS VERY EASY TO USE AND GUIDED ME STEP BY STEP. IT MADE FILLING MY TAXES SIMPLE,ACCURATE,AND STRESS FREE.I LIKED HOW CLEARLY EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, AND IT SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME.
