Turbotax is a scam.

Way too expensive. Majority of my tax return is going to fees and the service. Advertised as free, but is far from it.

Turbo Tax needs to be more user friendly

Turbo Tax Online is not really "user friendly" but it's pretty good. Accuracy is very good, I didn't need support, so that was good! I'm guessing I'll need to use it for the current year as well to really get the feel of it..

Had to file an amended return for both Federal and State. Unfortunately, when I used TurboTax for 2024, it didn't catch my error for Mortgage interest deduction. IRS sent a notice, and I had to file Amended return. Amendment process was correct but wish TurboTax had caught it last year!

TURBOTAX WAS VERY EASY TO USE AND GUIDED ME STEP BY STEP. IT MADE FILLING MY TAXES SIMPLE,ACCURATE,AND STRESS FREE.I LIKED HOW CLEARLY EVERYTHING WAS EXPLAINED, AND IT SAVED ME A LOT OF TIME.
