Turbo Tax is easy!!

I had a real hard time paying and filing. If there is a way to make this part easier that would help. It seems that paying by using the option to take it out of your refund was not working.

Turbotax Live Advice is fabulous

Turbotax is easy to use and really well referenced over all. Good accessible language. But most of all Tracy W was amazing during my live advice chat. She was patient, thorough, educative, and looked at was more than the question I asked. She was a wonderful guide and frankly, she and Letiticia W changed my lukewarm, suspicious opinion of Turbotax to more trustful and won some loyalty from me.
