Turbo tax is very good

Great service . I had a problem and live agent was able to explain to me in depth of how to navigate the site. Thou didn't get clear understanding of the refund involved, I was able to submit it.

I did talk to a live person and she was quite helpful. Problem i had was when i was trying to efile and when it was reviewed i had a problem with a worksheet. Program told me i had a problem but it did not tell me how to fix the problem.
