Great product with just 1 issue

Insanely easy to navigate and understand what information is needed. Only issue I faced was the difference in my 401k (Roth and traditional IRAs) vs opening one outside of my employer. This caused confusion and almost a penalty from the IRS for adding more than the allotted $7,000. I believe this could be a common mistake people could make.

"File for Free" is a lie

It was easy to navigate, but when they say file for FREE, that is a flat out lie. You pay at least $178 for processing fees, I had to pay $203 because i chose to get it put into my bank account?!
Pros: My employment status changed this year
