Turbo tax is great

This is a great program that allows you to take your time to file your annual taxes without any problem going wrong. if so the system will not allow you to continue to the next step until the information is correct

Previous software versions were easier to file

I do not have any complaint regarding the accuracy and ease to use of your interface when filling the information on income and deductions. My problem with Turbotax is that it is getting harder and more complex to file the return once you fill the bank account information. I remember when it took just seconds to file after filling the info, reviewing and feeding the bank acount (like from 2015 to 2019). Now the process takes up to an hour reading multiple contracts, checking multiple authorizations and vrifying IDs or requesting past years tax returns information. I wish I had the 2015 Turbotax version.... it was by far easier to finish filing than your current product.

Good Product, Except....

May not be an issue with the software, however, my return was rejected multiple times for error number IND-031-04 having to do with prior year AGI figure. This was so even though I checked it multiple times and obtained my IRS transcript supporting the figure. Very frustrating and may wind up having to print and mail my returns causing delays in refund.

TurboTax is familiar and welcome

I tried to e-file and was rejected three times because the AGI (which I checked on its.gov) was incorrect. Then had trouble filing by mail because it wouldn't let me change my payment method. TurboTax works great when everything runs smoothly. If you have a problem, then it becomes a big headache and the help window is not helpful.

What a time and stress saver!

Any question I had was quickly answered and it was such a great feeling to be guided along with completing everything, included uploading financial documents and Turbo Tax took all the information and completed my return.
