Constantly tries to sell you garbage services and take your data to sell you more garbage services. I will look for alternatives next year. And it costs too much for basic tax preparation.

Such a stressful yearly exercise

You guys make this so much more confusing than it needs to be. For the amount you charge I should just be able to upload my documents and have the information filled out automatically. I dread using turbotax every year.

gone downhill over the years, so many add-ons that automatically get added on and they are very unclear about how they handle payments. New 40 charge for the pleasure of doing business with Turbo Tax? Will not be using again.
