Finally Done!!!

A little bit more trouble filing this year due to changes in our income. Decided to get live assistance (admittedly at the last minute) that assisted with filing an extension and with a commitment to assist again in a bit. Unfortunately, individual's contract with Turbotax ended and I was not notified resulting in a bit more stressful filing (to be polite).
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Efficient but Expensive

TurboTax is easy to use and gets the job done. Every year, I am disappointed by how much filing ends up costing when the cost is presented in the beginning as $0.Please be honest and transparent and stop saying it is free when several fees are necessary by the end of filing. Also, the pricing is quite high for a service that is mostly completed by computers. I will not be returning to TurboTax next year; I will use TaxAct or Cash App.
