Turbo Tax has taken a setp backwards

I’ve used TurboTax for more than a decade, and this year’s version is disappointing compared to past products. The interface is not as intuitive, navigation feels limited, and I ran into issues trying to print my return. TurboTax used to be simple and flexible — this release feels like a step backward. Unless things improve, I’ll likely switch to a different product next year.

Useful, but extremely glitchy

I've used TurboTax for several years but this year was the most difficult. Again and again I had to exit and restart because it would get caught in loops and not allow me to enter information. I was wondering if it would ever work.
