Don't have anything complicated!

Whew! I had some complicated transactions. I had to ChatGPT some questions and I went from owing $1200 to getting a refund for $252. I kept trying to figure out why the lines weren't calculating correctly, but I used AI to walk through it bc TurboTax wasn't clear. But I didnt have to use a Tax accountant this year.

Easy Tool

The tool is simple to use. However there was "click" issues on mobile version of the site. It took 3-4 times to click for a button to work, and when its a pop-up button, it just doesnt work.

Turbo Tax is BROKEN

Schedule C link is broken causing a continuous circle of "review" that can never be fixed causing a file-by-mail situation. I pay you for convenience not hassles. This happens EVERY YEAR with schedule C and is why I did not use you in 2022 or 2023. Also...constantly begging me to upgrade is pathetic. I didn't use your products for 2 years because of these same issues. Still not fixed. I won't be returning after this disaster AGAIN. Charging little fees constantly is gross and deceptive. Didn't you get busted for that?
