I appreciate how intuitive the process is. Filing taxes is always a daunting task. But Turbo Tax makes everything less stressful.

Turbo tax is reasonable price wise. I have had no issues since I have started using turbo tax. If you need help with anything you can always ask questions. I will recommend turbo tax to family and friends.

Easy to use

Smooth process, easy to use. My only issue was that the app froze up repeatedly in the middle of the process of entering various information for federal and I had to go through the website instead to continue. The app worked again towards the end (filing state, payment details, electronically signing and submitting).
