Turbo Tax is going downhill

Turbo Tax used to be clean and elegant. It is now very clumsy to use. It is hard to find topics. I couldn't figure out how to review a copy of the return until I was actually just about to file. There is no reason that you shouldn't be able to access a copy of the hard return at any time during the preparation process. The constant requests to up charge or purchase additional products are really annoying. I know -- "they're for our benefit". Baloney !!!!

Turbotax is the best

I had the best experience with Turbotax. I was scared and skeptical about filing my own business taxes, but with Turbotax, the process was doable. I am no longer intimidated by filing my own business taxes anymore.

TT is useful

Generally easy to use. Listing every charity for itemizing is ridiculous. Never did it before, and TT did not allow for entering an unitemized total for charitable donations. Attempt to upload brokerage account 1099 failed, multiple times. I'll probably use next year simply because much info is already stored and I understand the product.

Turbo tax made it super simple and fast to file. I will use them again
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I moved, I bought or sold investments
