Refund payment fee is a bit disturbing

Service is good enough for being integrated and maintaining your information, but misleading in its promotion of low or NO cost services. I appreciate the discount I received but was shocked to see the cost to simply use the platform is generally $149 and being in the lower economic percentile, I was further surprised to see a $50 CHARGE for the feature that allots refunds to tax payments.
I’m unsure if there is exclusivity for services like this to do that, but to charge $50 for a simple payment (credit really) transfer feels aggregious. Even past fees at $10 less for this are unfounded. I’m now aware of this and will move into the future accordingly, but as someone given a grandiose expectation of a free platform (discounts or otherwise), the hidden fees are disturbing.
I don’t feel I’ll be using this service in the future.
