TurboTax is good but not great

Occasionally, some parts of the service didn't work and the only option was to go through a long wait with customer service. My solution was to come back on a different day. TurboTax still hides fees, unless you click and click OR pushes for services that you'll won't need. I get that TurboTax is a business but once should be enough.
