Not the best experience for the 2024 year

Required me to use premiere vs pro to report a stock loss for a company that went bankrupt. However, the amount of the loss was less than the cost of the premiere turbo tax so I didn't want to report it but it required me to report it so I basically lost more money (doesn't seem right). Also, I have an older turbo tax account and there's no way to merge the two into one so it was a pain to get my required previous year AGI. Also the payment options at the end tricked me to use another method (their partner bank) which I could never get my account to work with them but then realized the alternative payment options later which I used. For state taxes it didn't allow me to select pay by the current date which would make my payment considered late so I had to go to a state website which did the same. Then I filed my taxes but turbo tax must of had a glitch and never actually submitted it despite getting a confirmation screen. A month later I never saw I got my tax return so I logged back in and realized it made me click a "continue" button a few times to get it to submit again. Hopefully this time it works and I don't get penalized since the federal government just owes me a bit. Definitely a rocky road to submit this past year.
