TurbuTax failed me this year

I am having trouble getting my return submitted. I get an error 1 hour after I submit it. I go back into the tool to fix it and the tool says there is nothing to fix. I resubmit and the same thing keeps happening. The only recommendation is to print it and mail it in. I used Turbo Tax so I don't have to mail it in. This is very frustrating.
Also, TurboTax plays the Nickle and Dime game. They say it is one price and then add additional cost through taxes. I was told $139 and then with no warning my credit card was hit for $146 because of sales tax. Then they want me to create a bank account for free, or pay a fee to have the money sent to my own back account. UGH>
Finally, I had done everything for my return. TurboTax had all of my income data. Then I started down the path to enter Tuition for my kids. It took me several hours to track this information down and get it into the tool. When I had completed this step, TurboTax informed me I was not eligible because of my income level. The tool knew this before I started the Tuition process. It should have a step to tell you before you waste all of that time.

It gets worse every year and they are trying to take more of your money every step of the way. The explanations suck, the links to bank accounts barely work...plan on typing most of it in. They give no explanation of child care credits and why I get only $200 back when we spent 30k on daycare this year. Just so much wanting you to upgrade to a premium service and at the end of the day we are all getting a standard deduction anyway.
