Overall, the service is fine. The guided self serve process forces a lot of back tracking and is not very user friendly if steps are completed out of order. I also feel that the system will ask redundant questions for tasks already completed, which means it does not really keep track of what has already been.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
