Turbo Tax App is the Best

I absolutely love Turbo Tax. I appreciate the easy to use App. I appreciate the extra helpninside the app, with live chats and experts on hand. I appreciate how the app automatically continuously checks your information you enter to help prevent as many mistakes as possible. I would recommend Turbo tax app service to anyone.

Why Pay Someone When You Can Do It Yourself?!

This TurboTax app was my first time doing my own taxes in many years. They made it stupid easy and even found some things I had either forgotten or not thought of!
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

TurboTax failed me

I filed my Federal taxes on 3/12/25, yet the government never received it. I also put in when to pay my taxes and it was accepted by TurboTax. After not seeing that my payment was made, I checked and TurboTax didn't process it.

Turbo tax is a rip off

I spent $288 on Turbo tax in 2023 and they never filed my taxes and I never received an Email informing my taxes weren't filed! Just found out about it and it has caused many problems.
