It was better in prior years. This year, with a simple return, I was charged for Federal filing. The product got stuck in feedback loops, and required repeated confirmation that the same information was correct, and that 2 different 1099's were, in fact, real. It made correcting errors difficult, because it would not let me back to one fo the forms to correct an entry error. It's behaving like not completely trained AI.
Easy to do. I just don`t understand why I had to pay for them. They did not explain it. I didn`t have anything but child care and earned income credit that I know of. Still had to pay $138. I might go to local tax person next year.
