You make it fairly easy to follow, and your more information is helpful. I get upset with you that you are always trying to upsale me and force me to pay more than what you advertise.

Easy to file,...but lots of extra charges

It was very simple to file my taxes with Turbo Tax. The issues I have is with you constantly trying to upsell me as well as as the payment refund fee of $40. I might as well go to someone next time to file, as this is getting to be just as expensive.
