they try to trick you, but its a good way to go

They basically try to trick you into not doing the free route, even if you could. That's kinda uncool. The system was a little buggy, but it was easy to use overall. Just a little frustrating and dishonest business practices haha

Need more direction

Frustrated in some areas.
You don’t tell me you need certain areas filled out til the end.
Then I have no idea what you are talking about or what it’s concerning.
I need direction from TurboTax while I’m filling out the taxes.
It would be more helpful to speak to a person when I am have a question.
AI isn’t a big help. It doesn’t understand context.
