Better than the rest

Been using TurboTax for the last 5 years. I made a change from another "self assisting" tax preparation and submission application but TurboTax doesn't compare... TurboTax is far better than the rest. Easy to use and super helpful through the process.

I fell so/so about Turbo Tax

I really don't like the animations between screens. It feels childish for something so adult.
I also feel that the price for this is extremely high for what I am doing. Sure, it's convenient, but these services are almost required to use.

Makes filing so much easier because of the insightful questions, summaries to help me make sure I didn't miss anything and ways to click and get more information about terms, etc.

Representatives have a 4th grade mentality

I needed to speak with a representative from TurboTax and it was a nightmare, as the representative sounded like a bad excuse for a robot, she did not know what my challenge was even though I repeated it numerous times.
