constant push to pay for extra add ons and. turbotax being free is a lie i paid nearly 200 to file ,extra charge if you pay upfront rather than having it deducted from your refund.

TurboTax Could be Awesome

I Love TurboTax and have been using it for many years; however, I don't believe that I need "premium". I've been using the standard deduction for years and my income is now very basic. I began this year's return with the basic Turbo Tax order and then at some point I was switched to Premium. After considerable time trying to get back basic I gave up and just filed. I was unable to change back the TurboTax to basic and needlessly over paid by approximately $50. Also, I don't really like the continual efforts to "entice" and upgrade. I really don't require any of the extras and just need to file a basic return, but I love the eade and convenience of TurboTax
