Turbo tax disappointment

I tried over 4 times to submit my taxes and each time i was redirected and now they are late even though turbo tax took money from my account to pay for their service

I’m very disappointed that even though I finished April 14th, I find that it wasn’t completed, and I wasn’t told it wasn’t sent. Luckily I noticed my deduction from my checking hadn’t been accomplished today.
