too expensive

Very easy to use and intuitive software. I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years and have always had a great experience. As long as I'm filing myself, I will continue to use TurboTax!

Very easy and straightforward to use! It's very helpful to have plain language definitions and explanations available on the pages you're working on. The estimated time for completion was very accurate as well.

We could get our bills or refunds sent to us without having to pay but Turbo Tax lobbies against that to keep itself in business while taking more of our money to keep them in business.

Very helpful! I did my tax return at the very last minute, I was quite stressed prior to starting filing, but TurboTax made it so much easier and quicker to do it all myself.

Difficult and misleading

Horrible to use. Almost forces you to use their recommended product. This I just an upsell game. Like many others, I got stuck with the live assistant, that I didn’t need. The only way to correct it was to delete my completed return and start over.
