I've been using Turbo Tax for more than a few years. I do like and appreciate the service, but I may consider other options in the future due to a hike in pricing.

TurboTax is bad, unnecessary, and exploitive

Pretty terrible product. The interface when there was an error made it very hard to understand what was actually wrong. Also sucks that we have to use a product like this because this company lobbies to make it so that the government can't just do our taxes with us directly. Overall a terrible company, idea, and product.

Expensive. Decent tool but way too expensive. I sold one stock and they made me pay over $200 for my return.

Only thing I’ve used to do my taxes. Tried h and r but they trifling. I’m probably still doing them wrong but oh well.

Overpriced kinda easy way of filing!

Good experience but ridiculously overpriced. They charge you at every step of the filling process. They show the charge after you spent hours filling your information. You are hired and getting charged to make your own taxes. Not just a free employee but a paying employee.
