It's so hard to use...
If I didn't procrastinate, I think I would have preferred going to an actual person. Honestly, it's probably around the same price.

I've been using Turbo Tax for more than a few years. I do like and appreciate the service, but I may consider other options in the future due to a hike in pricing.
