Easy experience

I have used creditkarma in the past and loved how easy it was to do my tax returns. When they switched to cashapp I tried them as well. This year I compared cashapp and turbotax via creditkarma and I was pleasantly suprised. I'll probably be using turbotax next year.

Turbo tax ISNT that awesome!

I liked using the program all the way up until you made me upgrade because I have investments. The whole free thing was out the window at that point, and I don't appreciate that. Also, I filled out a section exactly how it is on my tax form, and you asked me to fix it. I tried but clearly, I couldn't fix it. I couldn't change anything because that wouldn't be what is exactly on my tax form. Because of this, I can't E-file. Now I have to go somewhere and spend more money to have 30+ pages of taxes printed and then pay to mail it. Thanks for that. I believe I'll use a different program next year.

Rip off service forces you to pay use $139 service for a $1 1099 Misc form, and will not allow the form to be updated with our upgrading. They push live service upgrades and other non beneficial addons for a premium every other screen. No longer is this service user friendly interface nor ease of use of their yesterday years
