At Start of turbo tax should clearly show that download versions OR online versions are available at different costs and procedures. I prefer the security of downloadable versions rather than the risk of online versions transmitting data throughout the internet.

DISAPPOINTED with extra charges

Why am I being charged a $40 processing fee on top of paying for TurboTax Premium? This feels unreasonable and misleading. These added hidden fees make no sense and are frustrating. Just a heads-up to others, be aware of the unexpected extra charges.

My last year with Turbo Tax

I've been using turbo tax for over 10 yrs. The amount they charge now for such basic filing I can just get my taxes done from an actual person. they make it so much more confusing so you feel like you have to pay more to speak than expert. Everything is about asking to pay more every step the way. Not much of an asset anymore. A lot of unnecessary requirements. I think this will be my last year with Turbo tax.
