Very good. Slowish. Errors are hard to diagnose

Saves a ton of time on taxes, but when there is an error, the messages are nebulous and it's hard to get anyone to know why something is failing. The application screens seem to get slower every year with lots of swirling dots while it does something. BTW, the nebulous error "Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one of more formsets" for me simply meant that I was trying to file too early and maybe TT or IRS wasn't ready to receive some forms. A couple days later, everything went through. I wish it would have just said that!

The IRS makes this just about as complicated as they possibly can and Turbotax relieves some of that complicaiton

It is nice and simple very easy to work with. I have no trouble ever doing my taxes. I would rather come back every year then to personally work with someone else. This is almost like doing my own taxes. Thanks turbo tax awesome.
