TurboTax is easy to work with

It was easy to work with as all years in the past. Just disappointed in the fact that because I had a 1099-R this year, that I had never had before, I had to upgrade. Which means less refund and then I had ONE question before finalizing and I was going to have to upgrade again. That is not good practice, espically since I have been with Turbo Tax for many years.

Their marketing always says “file for free” but it’s never free… $130 just to file and I didn’t have the option to opt out.

Way too expensive for Self-Employed. Clunky mechanisms, unable to edit one section without starting full section over.
