TurboTax is easy to work with

It was easy to work with as all years in the past. Just disappointed in the fact that because I had a 1099-R this year, that I had never had before, I had to upgrade. Which means less refund and then I had ONE question before finalizing and I was going to have to upgrade again. That is not good practice, espically since I have been with Turbo Tax for many years.
